Hari ni, ana nak cerita pasal supplemen yang kedua. Haha, rasa macam dah jadi atlet pulak pakai supplemen-supplemen ni. Ok, supplemen hari ni diberi nama Assault, salah satu produk daripada MusclePharm. Siapa MusclePharm ni? Haa, ni adalah salah satu syarikat supplemen yang berpengaruh dari Amerika Syarikat. Syarikat ni ditubuhkan pada 2008(baru lagi lah ni) dan merupakan pengeluar supplemen-supplemen yang berkualiti tinggi.

Yeah~~~~ Back to the blog! Haha. Lama dah ana tak buka blog ni. Orang sibuk la katakan. Ok, straight to the point, hari ni ana nak kongsi dengan anta tentang supplement. Haa, sekarang ni ana tengah giat mengkaji dan menganalisa supplement-supplement yang berkaitan dengan bodybuilding atau bina badan. Eh, ana nak bina badan? Tak lah~ Ana nak mendalami saje, bukan nak masuk dalam bidang bina badan. Penat lah nak pergi gym hari-hari.

Hello sahabat- sahabat ana. Sihat? Alhamdulillah, ana pun sihat juga. Topik hari ni agak 'hot' dan sedang melanda anak-anak muda Malaysia. Dewasa ini(amboi), bilangan anak-anak muda yang menggunakan status "In An Open Relationship" di laman-laman sosial seperti Facebook semakin meningkat hari demi hari. Haa, kenapa ana tulis macam karangan? Biasalah, budak nak dekat SPM memang macam ni ^^.

Hi guys,  how's your day? I hope it's good yeah. Ok, since about 35 something(I hate countdown) days to go for my SPM(Yeeeyyy....), my school had held an event yesterday, which was  Solat Hajat at Dewan Mestika. First, I woke up from my sweet dream and realized it's still Friday -_- and I had to go to school and it's RAINING outside. So cold and I was shivering in my bathroom even the water shower didn't touch me yet! But, because i've got Solat Hajat, I embraced myself through that icy cold shower. I showed up in my class and everybody getting ready for the Solat Hajat. After read our Yassin, all the Form 5 and 3 student got their own space for the Solat Hajat.  We did our Solat Hajat and during Solat Dhuha, there's someone or sometwo(LOL what?) who took our pictures while we're having our Solat Dhuha.

Hi guys, so long no see~~ Haha, lama tak jumpa kan? Sangat lama kot, lebih kurang sebulan gitu. Ana bukan taknak update or malas, tapi ana harus mengharungi cabaran trial SPM yang berliku-liku  dan mengerahkan keringat(amboi ayat) dan masalah internet ana yang down secara tiba-tiba sejak ahad lepas dan membuatkan ana tak dapat online selama beberapa hari.. Hoo~ Banyak alasan kan? Hehe. Sebenarnya betul lah apa yang ana cakap tu, cuma ada sedikit elemen malas disebalik alasan-alasan tu,hehe, biasa lah kan?

Hi guys.. How're you doing? Great? Me too. Well, its fifth of Syawal and I think its not too late to say EID MUBARAK!!! Haha, I'm just too excited doesn't? That's me for sure^^ This year's Syawal, I'd celebrated it at my kampung, in Tanjung Karang, which is not quite far from my home as it may takes about 1 hour of journey IF you drive your car with a consistent speed, I guess. Okay, Syawal this year is not too fancy to me because I have to think about my SPM trial after the holidays, which is I think UURRGGHHH! Hoo~ Quite pushing me a little. You know, this kind of stuff really gives you a real kind of pressure even you trying to convince yourself that trial is nothing. A day after my holidays over, the scary,terrifying and intense trial will come in. Hehe. But, if you really get ready with studies and revisions, it will come on better than you think. Haha, I'm just hypnotizing myself^^..

Hi guys, I just came back from Qiamullail at Masjid Al-Islahiah, Kuang. And you know what's wrong? I'm not feeling SLEEPY at all, even though I just slept about 1 hour before woke up at 3 a.m. Funny isn't? I don't know what's wrong with me but I'm happy with it ^^

If we watch our nails carefully, you can see that our nails are quite unique aren't they? So, what's unique about them? If you touch your nails with a force,it will turn white, right?
